How long does verification take?
Our SLA is typically 72 hours from complete submission. Complex or missing documents may extend this; we'll notify you with next steps.
What documents are required?
Project plans, title documents, tenant list, identity proofs, and any compliance certificates (RERA, environmental). A checklist is provided during application.
What happens if verification fails?
You'll receive a clear report with issues and recommended fixes. You can resubmit after corrections; fees may be refundable in specific cases (see Terms).
How do I get API access?
Request API access via the Support Center. Once approved, we provide sandbox keys and full API docs. Premium partners get priority onboarding.
