How long does verification take?
Our standard SLA is 72 hours from complete submission. Complex cases may take longer; you'll be notified with reasons and next steps.
What documents do I need to submit?
Project plans, title documents, tenant list with contact details, identity proofs for signatories, and any regulatory compliance certificates (RERA, environmental clearances, etc.).
What if verification fails?
If documents fail verification, we provide a clear report of issues and offer a chance to resubmit after corrections. Verification fees are refundable in applicable cases — see Terms.
How do success fees work?
If your project receives funding via BridgeDeposit, a success fee is charged on the successfully raised amount. Fees vary by plan (Free/Verified/Premium). Full details in Terms & Pricing.
