BridgeDeposit is a brand owned and operated by Rethela Technology Pvt Ltd ("Rethela"). These Terms set out the legally binding terms for use of the BridgeDeposit website and platform services. Please read them carefully. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms are written for both individual developers and institutional parties (including NBFCs and private banks) that may use the Service to discover or fund projects. Institutional participants may be subject to additional contractual terms with BridgeDeposit or its partners.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Developers must provide accurate and complete documentation when submitting projects. Funders and institutional users must verify material information independently before entering financial arrangements.
BridgeDeposit provides document verification and identity/process checks using automated tools and third-party services, supplemented by human review where necessary. Verification results represent the outcome of those checks but do not constitute a guarantee of accuracy. Funders should undertake their own compliance and credit assessments prior to funding.
Any fees (inspection, verification, subscription, or success fees) will be disclosed on the pricing page and in applicable order confirmations. Payment processing and escrow services are provided by regulated partners; BridgeDeposit does not directly handle or custody funds outside of these partners.
We collect and process personal information to provide the Service (see our Privacy Policy). We implement industry-standard technical and organisational safeguards, and institutional users are expected to comply with their own regulatory and information security obligations when accessing sensitive data.
BridgeDeposit works with third-party service providers and regulated financial partners. Use of partner services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies. We contractually require partners to maintain appropriate confidentiality and security protections.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rethela Technology Pvt Ltd and its officers and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability in respect of any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months before the claim. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India unless the parties agree otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Service or by email where reasonably practicable.
